Thank you for considering AIB College of Business for your rental needs. Located just minutes from downtown Des Moines and the Des Moines International Airport, AIB College of Business is the ideal location for your next event. Our facilities allow us to accommodate a variety of events including small committee meetings to mid-size conferences and even large athletic events.

Activities Center - Gymnasium

Ideal for athletic events, parties/dances, conventions. Capacity of 2,100 people with bleachers seating approximately 725.

  • Concessions provided, if applicable
  • Press box with PA system
  • Wireless microphones
  • Podium
  • Stage
  • Projector, laptop, screen, audio/visual cart, presentation clicker
  • Men's & Women's locker rooms with showers
  • Set-up & Tear down
  • Trash & Recycling receptacles and removal
  • Approximately 40 four-foot tables
  • Approximately 120 folding chairs

Hourly Rate:

  • Class A - $50/hr full gym, $30/hr half gym*
  • Class B - $60/hr full gym, $40/hr half gym*

Activities Center - Conference Room

Ideal for meetings, seminars, small-group sessions, and workshops. Stadium seating capacity is 32 with additional room for rows of chairs in the back of the room.
 
 
 
Rental includes:
  • Wall dividers to separate the space into multiple rooms
  • Projector, computer, screen, presentation clicker
  • DVD/VHS equipment
  • Microphone

Hourly Rate:

  • Class A - $25/hr*
  • Class B - $35/hr*
 
*Rental Pricing Classification

Class A: Includes employees, alumni, non-profit organizations, service or civic groups, government groups, youth groups, religious groups, and employer partners

Class B: Includes private-interest groups, individuals, and corporate businesses
