The College has an enrollment of nearly 1,000 day , evening and online students.AIB's campus is located two miles south of downtown Des Moines and two miles north of the Des Moines International Airport.The College features an athletic facility containing a regulation size collegiate floor and seating capacity of 2,100.

AIB offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, and Court Reporting.The College also offers Associate of Applied Science degree programs in Accounting, Accounting and Business Leadership, Accounting and Financial Services, Accounting and Information Technology, Accounting and Insurance Services, Business Administration, Business Administration and Financial Services, Business Administration and Information Technology, Business Administration and Insurance Services, Business Administration and International Business, Business Administration and Leadership, Business Administration-Sales and Marketing, Sports and Event Management, Travel and Hospitality Management, Travel and Hospitality Management/Business Administration, Media Communications, General Studies, Health Information Management, Information Technology and Business Administration, Information Technology Support, Steno Transcription, Voice Captioning, Voice Court Reporting, and Voice Transcription.Associate and Bachelor degrees are also offered online.

AIB College of Business, for its 2006 cohort of students, had persistence to graduation rate of 58.7%.This reflects the percentage of full-time, first-time students who graduated or transferred out within 150% of the "normal time" needed to complete their program of study.AIB's current student body had an average high school grade point average of 3.03 and an average ACT score of 21.
